The concept for the development of the Belgijska estate courtyard

The aim of the project was to improve the quality of the neighborly space, propose places to rest, modernize the existing surfaces with infrastructure, design parking spaces, economic zones, recreate a historic wall, natural reinforcement of the slope and design vegetation decorative all season.
The area was divided into functional zones. The first is a flower bed that emphasizes the shape of the whole arrangement, in terms of composition, it connects the north and west entrances to the residential building. Within the flower bed, there is a place to relax surrounded by ornamental vegetation.
Another zone is the communication zone, which includes an access road for the building's residents, which is also a fire road. In the southern part of this zone, there are parking spaces for 5 vehicles.
The last zone is the economic zone located in the southern part of the area. It was proposed to locate a garbage shed overgrown with virginia forest.
Composition and the materials used result directly from the building's design, which makes the whole thing coherent.
