The project included the implementation of a number of pre-design analyzes, the implementation of the concept (study and detailed study)

  The idea of the project "Colors of the forest, colors of the past" refers to the message that development will only take place when we have respect for what is already there. The entire layout has been divided into zones that meet the needs of the residents. The composition is based on the linear nature of the promenade, emphasized by the designed frontage of buildings and greenery. In addition, landscape interiors and openings to the most important objects were emphasized. The whole assumption creates a sequence of changing views.
